Yes! My fat ass DOES make my ass look fat!

Ok, this is my first time doing this - I am a blog virgin!

Last night I very reluctantly got on the scale and found that not only did I not lose weight but I had actually crept up on the numbers a bit! This is really no surprise, I have basically been trying to lose weight these two weeks by osmosis! Turns out, wishing for it to happen just ain't gunna cut it!

So... I have officially joined the team and have made a serious game plan! I have decide to be pretty strict with my eating for 3 days out of the week. I have a game plan for the other 4 days that is not as strict but definitely careful. I have included times for fun food during the week - I know my success depends on this! I'll let you know how it is working out.

I realize that working out is going to have to be part of this process, but one step at a time!

On a happier note, I have found a delicious and I am assuming low fat snack that y'all may enjoy...

Pop popcorn (air pop is ideal but I do mine in a pan on the stove with a little bit of olive oil)
Lightly salt (I use Diamond Kosher salt as it apparently has the least amount of sodium)
Liberally sprinkly top of popcorn with hot sauce (I use Tabassco or Jalapeno Tabassco. Chalula would work too - whatever you like)
Toss into popcorn - Super yum!!! Kicks butter right out of the bed!
