I am so excited to meet you all here. We are going to track our goals- some of weight loss, some of better eating habits and others of a stronger mind and body. We are all here to support one another and be of encouragement.
So the name of the blog... I thought Sara & Co was cute and had to think of a domain name. NOTHING was avail that was easy, so I finally figured that SAC (short for S (sara) A (and/ &) C (company) was the best way to go. I thought it was doubly cute because we are in greater sacramento (sac). ha!
So my friends, let our journey begin!
