The Question of the Week...
I've noticed that a lot of these blog posts are about things we've done to sabotage ourselves. Today I'm asking you, "What have you done to promote a healthier, happier you lately?" Have you taken a peaceful walk, enjoyed a lovely salad, spent some time at the gym, or even gone out in the sunshine to blow bubbles with your children? I want to hear about it!

Well, I just completed my physical therapy routine (I have some back issues) that I am supposed to do every day, during commercials while watching 24! I feel pretty good, and my abs are rocking a bit right now. We also went on a family walk today. Don't think I lost any weight this week, but I am feeling good right now!

THANK YOU Jonalin for encouraging us in this way! I have been meaning to write a similar email as our "so called leader" because I have been feeling the same way. I am SO glad you beat me to it! YES...I think we get caught up about the donut we ate or the "oopsy daisy" of the day. We need to PUSH FORWARD and keep aiming HIGH for our goals! I wanted to lose two pounds this week..and I am not sure I got there,...but I did more this week to TRY and get there! I ran for TWO days in a row and did some crunches and weights during 24 tonight. I hope to eat more meats and veggies this week and stay away from the carbs! I just want to feel better about myself and be able to be comfortable in my clothes. I have been LOVING this weather and it gives me NO excuse to NOT get out there! I have been REALLY enjoying this sunshine...and so has Ella! Good Times! I look forward to hearing from all of you!!!
